1. If you require a return or warranty claim, please begin by filling out the information here.
2. Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery.
3. If your return falls within the guidelines of our return policy, we will send you an RMA# which must accompany your return, or the return will not be valid.
4. Due to the nature of Halloween Costumes, there are no returns on Halloween costumes. All costume sales are final.
Full store credits (minus shipping) will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging.
A 30% restocking fee will be assessed on used merchandise and will be deducted from your store credit. If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 30 days. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.
We have 2 options for return address, one in California, USA and another one in Sydney, Australia. It’s up to you where you want to return the merchandise.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
